EMERGENCY KIT - INTRODUCTION

Most people have some type of emergency kit in the trunk of their car, especially those that travel frequently.

Besides the normal stuff like battery cables, flashlights, tools and minor repair kits keep in mind your personal comfort.

Include things like a couple of blankets, drinking water, maybe a change of clothes or a couple of sweatshirts or sweaters and an extra pair of shoes and socks.

You never know when you might need them. You do nOt have to be on a trip somewhere to have an emergency.

It sure is nice to have a set of dry clothes to put on if suddenly you get soaking wet for some reason.

You do not always have time to go home and change. Anything can happen out there.

Weather, traffic accidents, natural disasters, mother-in-law coming to visit; these things can be scary sometimes.
